Yoga classes are fun for kids of all ages, but have a lot of physical and emotional benefits too!
I use Yoga stories, mindful crafts, games, relaxing visualisations, breathing techniques and positive affirmations in my classes. Children learn Yoga while having fun and learn lots of ways to relax, unwind and regulate their emotions.
Yoga helps children with:

Children's Yoga is suitable for all stages and levels of ability, as there are options for each pose depending on the individual child.
I run weekly themed classes and occasional workshops at Mirfield Community Centre, Water Royd Lane, Mirfield WF14 9SG during term time.
